Voorlopige topics gepubliceerd van 4e call Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI)
Het Innovative Medicines Initiative (IMI) is een uniek publiek-privaat samenwerkingverband tussen de Europese Commissie en de Europese Federatie van Farmaceutisch Industrie (EFPIA). Elk jaar wordt een werkprogramma voor het IMI gepubliceerd met daarin topics die zich richten op het versnellen van het proces van medicijnontwikkeling.
Op dit moment zijn de voorlopige topics voor de 4e call gepubliceerd. De officiele publicatie van de call wordt verwacht medio juni 2011, tot die tijd kunnen er dus nog wijzigingen optreden in het werkprogramma.
De topics voor de komende call zijn verdeeld over 3 onderdelen:

Technology and Molecular Disease Understanding
6. Human Induced Pluripotent Stem (hiPS) Cells for Drug Discovery and Safety Assessment
7. Understanding and optimising binding kinetics in drug discovery
