Programme Cooperation Emerging Markets (PSOM)
The programme entitled 'Cooperation Emerging Markets (PSOM)' has ended. The successor to the PSOM programme, which was financed by the Ministry for Development Cooperation, is entitled PSI: Private Sector Investment programme. This new programme aims to stimulate business-to-business projects in developing countries. Under PSI, projects are eligible for up to up to 50 or 60 percent financing, depending on the country in which the project is to be implemented. A one-off programme entitled: 'Temporary Subsidy for India, Montenegro, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia and Turkey' was instigated immediately following the closure of the PSOM Programme. The Temporary Subsidy programme is now also closed.
An additional programme has been implemented for India and China entitled, 'Package4Growth' (P4G). Full details and conditions are published on the P4G page, Official Notices.
