• Guideline for Submitting a Notification

• Graphical user interface (tab) documents
  They can be used when submitting a notification to improve and elucidate the dossier. When a dossier is build after this interface model, it can help speed up the handling of the notification at the different authorities.

• Code numbers of the competent authorities in other countries, which must be entered in box 20 of the Notification Form

• Appendix VII forms, the forms that can be used for the transport of waste according to article 18 of the Regulation (EC) 1013/2006 (green list waste)
