You may consult NL Patent Office free of charge regarding any queries about patents and other ways of protecting industrial property.

Are you not sure whether to apply for patent or design protection? Or would you like to know whether a patent is still in force in the Netherlands? For these types of questions, you are welcome to consult our staff at the public information office.

The public information office aims to answer all queries within two working days. In the event of a delay in responding, the sender will be contacted.
