Summary
From 2007 onwards, the government set compulsory targets for the sale of biofuels. As part of the preparation of this legislation, Ecofys was commissioned by SenterNovem to provide advice and recommendations. This advice concerned the support given to the compulsory blending of biofuels, via certificates and sustainability criteria.
